Hi, I’m Asmaa
I believe everyone should enjoy life and live it in their best form. Exercise is one way to stay fit and healthy, but it goes way beyond that; it also helps your mental health. When we are healthy physically and mentally, we are at our best!
I have always strived to be at my best. I started running at a young age, training at Stoke AC as a middle-distance runner, and ever since I have challenged myself to try out cross-fit, callisthenics, gymnastics and even skydiving! I enjoy pushing myself and seeing what lam capable of. Nothing ever stopped me, not even having my 5 beautiful children, if anything, they have only inspired me to enjoy life and do my best at everything. I want to help women achieve the same feeling of accomplishment and starting with their physical and mental health is the best way to build their confidence and challenge themselves to be their best.
Over the past few years, I have equipped myself with education and experience, including a bachelor’s degree in sports science and strength and conditioning, qualifying to become a fitness instructor and personal trainer, and I have also had the pleasure of working as a strength and conditioning coach at Worcester Warriors rugby club. I held fitness classes for women, helping them to lose weight and become stronger. I found that far too many women give up on themselves without trying their best. I have a keen interest in working with women from the south Asian community as I have ongoing research in the area of their health predispositions and genetics. If you are ready to start your journey, please get in touch. You can find me on instagram and Facebook too.
I hope to help you soon!
